After the initial quote is accepted, a contract will be sent via HoneyBook for us both to sign. Once deposit is paid, your date is held and services confirmed.
I also like to schedule a meeting or coffee date in the months before the event, so we aren’t strangers when I arrive and we can meet to discuss the finer details!
Yes, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. No payment will be taken at the event.

When you bundle multiple services such as bartending, photo booths, rentals and our snack cart - you’ll enjoy exclusive package pricing. Not only does this save you money, but it also makes planning easier with one reliable team handling multiple aspects of your event. If paying through our HoneyBook system, all credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as ACH payments.
On a case by case basis, we also accept Zelle, and Venmo.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, we will gladly transfer your booking to a new date, subject to our availability.
Cancellations:
31 Days or More Before the Event: If you cancel at least 31 days before your scheduled event, your deposit will be withheld, but no further payment will be required.
Within 30 Days of the Event: If you cancel within 30 days of your event, the full remaining balance will be due.

We believe in giving you the flexibility to decide how you would like to handle gratuity. We do not automatically add gratuity to your quote if a tip jar is allowed to be present at your event. However, if you would prefer us not to have a tip jar, just let us know and a 20% gratuity will be added to your quote instead. We want to make sure everything feels just right for your event, so please feel free to reach out with any other questions!
We are happy to work with you anytime you are ready to book! To lock in your quoted price and ensure availability, we recommend booking as soon as you can. However, we generally don‘t take bookings more than 18 months in advance to account for life‘a many surprises. Also, please note that bookings made within 2 weeks of your event require full payment. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you and consider it an honor!
We create events in Pierce, King, Kitsap, San Juan, Skagit, and Snohomish counties. On a case by case basis - depending on date and peak season, Mileage is charged 60 miles outside of Tacoma at 0.50 per mile.
Pour & Pose has decided against providing props to amplify the event aesthetics and keep the focus on the beauty of the guests. If you would like to provide your own props for guests to use, you are more than welcome.
In the rare occurrence of any technical difficulties, we are confident in our equipment and our ability to troubleshoot on the fly - so often, any hiccups are resolved before you or your guests even notice!
However, if an unexpected issue does persist and we are unable to resolve it promptly, we will work closely with you to negotiate a fair refund based on the lost time. Your events smooth success is our top priority.
Simply put, we don’t provide the alcohol. Due to Washington State liquor laws, Pour & Pose cannot sell or supply alcohol to our clients but don’t worry, we take care of everything else! From expert bartending to a seamless setup, we make sure your drinks are poured to perfection while you supply the spirits.
Our bartenders typically wear sleek all-black attire with our branded Pour & Pose t-shirts for a polished and professional look. However, if you have a specific dress code or theme in mind, we are happy to accommodate! Just let us know what you envision, and we will make sure our team fits right in with your event.

Since the first phone call I made to Jennifer, I knew right away my daughters Sweet 16 was going to be great! We met a few times leading up to the event as she brought sample baskets with her so my daughter could select what she wanted. Jennifer made it all about my daughter! If I needed something else, she found it within her network! I hired her staff as well to help with check in, decorating, bussing tables…. Omg if it wasn’t for Jennifer’s team, we would not have set up on time! Throughout the event, they were one step ahead of me, whether it was getting the cake ready, or the glasses for the toast, filled and handed to our guest! I don’t remember if I ever saw them taking a break or so, they were amazing! Hands down one of the best experiences with a event business like this! I cannot recommend Jenns bartending services enough! We had a "normal" sized wedding reception in October 2022, most guests were of age, which made for a lot of "drinkers". Months before, Jenn reached out to see "to see how she could help", gave a detailed shopping list
(biggest blessing), created "bar sign with drink selections" and communicated often with me about the event. She arrived at the venue early, dressed professionally, with a smile on her face! Jenn started pouring drinks the moment she arrived without hesitation. She was fast, polite, professional and made a mean margarita! I will definitely use Jenn for all of my events!

Jennifer at Pour & Pose was amazing to work with for my wedding on 7/6/24! She was super responsive, kind, answered all of our questions, and worked with me on last minute rentals. Both her bartending and rental businesses are reasonably priced. She even reached out to me and was supportive when one of our other vendors unexpectedly cancelled (unrelated to Pour & Pose). The day of the wedding she was a friendly and charismatic bartender and was basically BFFs with our guests by the end of the day. We hired Jenn Lasky to bartend for my husbands 50th birthday. She was exceptional! She met up with me prior to the event and created a few special drinks to serve. She provided me with a list of what to buy in order to keep costs to a minimal. Throughout the entire process she had great communication and promptly returned all my calls and emails.
Jenn showed up early to the venue and was well dressed as this was a semi formal affair. Her customer service with the guests was top notch. She was friendly and funny and everyone loved her! She was sure to not over serve as people would be driving home at the end of the night. The bar was one of the highlights of the evening. She made sure that the line was never too long and tried to get everyone served in a timely manner.

This was one of the number one compliments we received from guests at our wedding, they absolutely LOVED it. Jenn was so sweet to work with. The planning process was so seamless. She gave us the entire album with all the videos from the night and it’s been so fun to watch everyone. We will cherish these videos for years to come! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!
